Thoughts and pictures of my local minor league baseball team the New York Penn League Connecticut Tigers; a Detriot farm team. We'll still be looking at former Navigators/Defenders players along the way....

Pat Misch's triple A conversion to a reliever is...

paying off well so far with five shutout innings (three last night) in two appearances with Fresno. Pat's path to the bigs looks to be the reliever route and so far he's doing great.
Check out Joe Perez's story on Travis Ishikawa in todays Bulletin.

the kid Travis is talking to in the top photo in the bulletin article is lefty Alex Hinshaw. He is developing nicely.

No game again today. Don't know why the league schedules the first series in such a northern city.

i'm having trouble with this whole god damn system, so excuse the innocous prattle. but while i'm up and running..i think.. i hope they put pat back into a starters role. as long as his control is on and his stuff is working, i think he'll make a helluva starter ala jamie moyer.
