According to the Bulletin, the Defs and the city agreed on who owes who and how much. With that taken care of, looks like the Bond issue will now go forward. I just hope they don't make the place into a homerdome. To me, at least, it's a lot more exciting watching players run the bases full speed then eyeballing a hitters home run trot.
