Defs rally with 4 runs in the fourth beat B-Mets 7-6..
tonight in New York. Connecticut down 3-2 used a RBI single by Ryan Rohlinger, a two run triple by Ben Copeland, (his 13th triple of the season) and a sac fly by Pablo to take a 6-3 lead. Connecticut's last and deciding run came in the seventh as Rohlinger hit his fourth homer for a 7-3 lead. Paul Oseguera would give up three runs in relief until Justin Hedrick nailed the the last four outs (3 via Ks)for his seventh save.
Garrett Broshuis improves to 12-6 with a 3.50 ERA. He threw 6 IP allowing 8 hits and three runs two of them earned. He has won his last 5 starts and is 7-1 over his last ten starts.
Connecticut is now tied for third with the B-Mets and are 3.5 games back of second place Portland. Trenton lost again tonight; that's six in a row for the first place team.
