Who says you can't hit at Dodd? Not Ryan Rohlinger..
he's played 21 games for Connecticut with 16 of them at Dodd since his call up from San Jose. In those sixteen games he's hitting 20 for 54 for a .370 BA. That includes six doubles, a triple and all three of his homers. He driven in nine runs. His fielding is solid. Wonder where Connecticut would be in the standings if he had played the whole season here?
Misc fan notes: Tom--hope you're feeling better! Tom is the gatekeeper to upstairs at Dodd and all around good guy.

IMO, without Ryan and Pablocito, this team would be "slugging it out" with NH & NB for last place. In the short time they have been here, they lead the team in batting and slugging average. EME, with all the BB's, comes between them in on-base %. If they improve their ave with RISP, this team could move up.
Pablocito shot down two more steal attempts last night, making him, I believe, 7 for 8 so far and the one steal was on the pitcher more so then Pablocito. Can't remember another Norwich catcher who had this kind of success.
To follow up on Greg's note, Tom take the time over the next week and get better. You are truly one of the good guys.
