Thoughts and pictures of my local minor league baseball team the New York Penn League Connecticut Tigers; a Detriot farm team.
We'll still be looking at former Navigators/Defenders players along the way....
Don't know the inner workings of how he got there, but there's a post on MCC today that the Angels have signed Matt Palmer. If Giants released him, I missed it.
"Right-hander Matt Palmer, 29, who went 6-10 with a 4.18 ERA for the Giants' Triple-A Fresno affiliate last season. In three games with the Giants -- the only games of his major league career -- he went 0-2 with an 8.53 ERA." is signed by the Angels to a minor league contract and is invited to spring training.
I have a Navigators road jersey signed by Matt. Totally missed that transaction--nice pickup hondo.

Pablo...and Fernando Martinez.
Good point about Pablo possibly being slightly older. The kid can hit though. He has a very low so/ab and bb/ab ratio. He may be the next big thing.
