"Nathan L. Bump and Cheryl V. Bump sold a five-bedroom, four-bath home at 274 Caravelle Dr. in Jupiter to Jodi S. Flanigan and David R. Flanigan for $650,000 on Dec. 30.
The Bumps paid $594,900 for the property in May 2005. The 3,325-square-foot house was built in 2005.
Bump was a pitcher for the Florida Marlins between 2003 and 2005. He posted a 4-0 record in 32 games for the 2003 Marlins squad that won the World Series.
Last season, Bump pitched in the San Francisco Giants system for their Double A-affiliate, the Connecticut Defenders. He is currently a free agent.
In 113 career games, Bump has a 6-7 record to go with a 4.68 ERA."
