Here's an example of Central American justice. SF Dugout (Brute) has reported Angel Villona has been released on bail. The family of the victim he allegedly murdered has withdrawn the charges against Villona. Rumor has it that it "only" cost Angel a $150 K payment to the victims family. The Dominican prosecutor has stated he will pursue the case. I wonder how much he will cost Angel?

I heard that only civil charges were dropped and that Angel payed $50k for that. Either way its jaw dropping.
