Thoughts and pictures of my local minor league baseball team the New York Penn League Connecticut Tigers; a Detriot farm team.
We'll still be looking at former Navigators/Defenders players along the way....

Henry Sosa..........
Decent snowfall today and will last into the night....pitchers and catchers report soon...Daytona 500 Sunday...and...
WHAT IS taking Milb so long to sign off on the CT Tigers???
I think the approvals should come by the end of the month. I would sure hope it's not 60 days as that would bring them into April and there is so much to be done. Advertising contracts, etc. They really can't do much of anything until that approval comes through because if for some reason it doesn't they are in Oneonta for another year.

I can't remember if I said it before, but my guess was up to 60 days+ for approval. MILB would probably start looking at the application in 30 days.
There must be a lot of stuff the Tigers could be doing now to make the start up a little smoother, but if they are, they are keeping it pretty quiet.
Look at it this way...... just another discombobulated franchise occupying Dodd Stadium. DEJA VU!
