Thoughts and pictures of my local minor league baseball team the New York Penn League Connecticut Tigers; a Detriot farm team. We'll still be looking at former Navigators/Defenders players along the way....

Mets have a new "hot prospect" by the name of Ike Davis who spent some time in Bingo last year. He didn't appear in any of he games I scored, but I missed some of the games. Anyone see him play? Any lasting impressions?
The only thing I remember about Bingo last year was they were pretty boring and their manager could make a 2 1/2 hour game stretch out to 3 hours plus.

Joe Bateman tossed 2 innings for the Rays vs the Red Sox today
2 Innings, 1 hit, 1 unearned run, 1walk, 3 strikeouts
Cervenak went 1/2 with the Mets today
Yourkin threw an inning for Giants, allowing a solo HR
Kevin Pucetas, who Bumgarner is competing for the #5 spot, threw 3 scoreless innings

Didnt see Davis play last year cus he was out w/ a rib or chest injury. I did meet him though and he was very nice.
