Thoughts and pictures of my local minor league baseball team the New York Penn League Connecticut Tigers; a Detriot farm team. We'll still be looking at former Navigators/Defenders players along the way....

Bumgarner sent to Fresno. His spring stats were awful.
Lousy ERA, 7 walks, -0- strikeouts, in not too many innings. The write up is on the MLB website.
Why do I think someone will find a reason to blame Dodd for his decline?

nothing to do with dodd, something is up with the kid's delivery
oh, and another one of sabean's gaffes rears its ugly head
the man let penny go so that he could throw money at our fat and slow catcher, while leaking that madbaum had a great shot at making the team
now they are stuck with probably having wellmeyer as the 5th....total joke
oh, and now the giants are shopping kfran and lewis....and of course, no takers
lewis is out of options and will be taken off of waivers
kfran was destroyed by the org in 08 when bochy had him going all out on a bad foot....and then emotionally destroyed in 09 when he was sent back to aaa, rather than make the team as at least a bench player
i feel sorry for both these kids
