Thoughts and pictures of my local minor league baseball team the New York Penn League Connecticut Tigers; a Detriot farm team. We'll still be looking at former Navigators/Defenders players along the way....

EME is back in Double A....

perhaps a rehab deal as he only played in a couple of games with Fresno.

Richmond leading the EL in home attendance with 135,932 in 22 gates for an average of 6,178. NB has drawn 118,301 fans in 21 gates for an average of 118,301.

Daryl Maday suffered his first loss of the season last night to Bowie and is now 7-1 so far this season.

NB averaging 5K something. If Dowling could figure out how to average 118K, he would.

It's interesting how NB ramps up the attendance. Every night, every game, youth groups abound. School groups, bands, choral groups, Little League , etc are there. It's like being at a baseball game!

The NCAA at Dodd, in my opinion, will be a good prelude to the Tigers...... long games. I'll go to a game or two provided the weekend doesn't conflict with the US Open.

EME was on the 7 day DL at Fresno. I'm pretty sure it was done to hide him. The Giants must still owe him some big bucks or I'd think he'd be DFA'd.

EME could also be in Richmond because of the signing of Pat Burrel in Fresno
