and completes the 3 game sweep of CT. The Tigers jumped out to a quick 2-0 in the top of the second on Matt Mansilla's two run RBI single. But the Cross Cutters scored three runs off CT starter Josue Carreno (1-3) and never looked back.
The Tigers added a run in the top of the fifth on Londell Taylor's solo homer, his second of the season that made the score 6-3. CT had a chance with the bases loaded and one out in the 8th but could only come away with Brett Anderson's RBI ground out to pull to 6-4.
The Cutters added an insurance run in their half of the 8th to increase their lead to 7-4.
