Joe Perez recently described the Tigers marketing.....
as getting an "A" for effort. I agree. To that point I was surprised as seeing a Tigers/Price Chopper ad today in the Hartford Courant of all places. First time I ever seen an ad in those pages for a team that plays at Dodd.
The Tigers also have a bill board up on Colman Street in New London. I understand there are billboards in Waterford and Norwich also. These are "firsts" as well. Wonder if CT the Tiger is prowling SailFest this weekend?

I have also seen a CT Tigers TV commercial which is a first to my knowledge.
