Cyclones blow past Tigers 10-0 tonight...
at Dodd. Ct starting pitcher Rayni Guichardo (3-5) allowed just two runs in six innings but the bullpen relief allowed 8 runs in the last two innings as Brooklyn takes the opener of the three game set. The loss will likely drop CT out of first place as Vermont and Tri-City are both winning.
Cyclone starter Yohan Almonte went the distance allowing just 6 hits in the game. His record is 8-4 with a 2.00 ERA so far this season.
Misc fan notes: Nice crowd at Dodd tonight as the final home stand (already?) kicks off.
