Tigers double up Cyclones 6-3 tonight...
and even the three game set in Brooklyn at a game each. CT scored 4 runs in the third with Ryan Enos stealing home on the front end of a double steal and Julio Rodriquez completing the scoring with a two run homer, his first of the season.
Tigers starting pitcher Clemente Mendoza earns the win and improves to 3-5. Logan Hoch gets a three inning save, his fourth of the season.
Ct's offense was lead by J-Rod's 3 for 5. Josh Ashenbrenner and Alexander Nunez each had a pair of hits. The Tigers remain a half game out of first place as Vermont also won.
Misc fan notes: Another big crowd at Conney Island as 8000+ turned out. The teams play a camp day game at noon tomorrow.
