Thoughts and pictures of my local minor league baseball team the New York Penn League Connecticut Tigers; a Detriot farm team. We'll still be looking at former Navigators/Defenders players along the way....

1. Had the pleasure of following him for a few holes in Cromwell a few years ago. He was fan friendly, entertaining, and not a bad golfer.
2. Just read on SI.com that TCU will be joining the Big East beginning in 2012. A geographical nightmare, but terrific for football. Basketball is now going to be 17 teams! Something has to be done about that.
