Thoughts and pictures of my local minor league baseball team the New York Penn League Connecticut Tigers; a Detriot farm team. We'll still be looking at former Navigators/Defenders players along the way....

What a difference a couple of years make....

I mean back in 2009 I'm sure for the first Friday night game at Dodd LC, Hondo and me probably would have retreated up to the warmth of Lou's lounge to escape the cold by now. Anyway they got 9500+ for the home opener in Richmond last night...

Flash went 1 or 2 with a RBI as his Mississippi Braves beat EME's Jackson Generals 9-3 last night in Southern League play. Now that's justice....
The West Michigan Whitecaps, home to many of last seasons Ct Tigers were postpoded for the second striaght day

Two years later and I would have spent the whole game in Lou's. Ain't getting younger!

Richmond drew 5900+ for last nights game. It will bear watching to see if Double A continues to keep the areas interest in year 2.
