ValleyCats hang on and beat Tigers 6-5
at Tri-City. Luis Sanz takes the loss to fall to 1-1 on the season. The Tigers offense banged out 14 hits with Chad Wright going 3 for 5 and Colin Kaline and Dean Green knocking in a pair of runs each.

We had many chances and just couldn't convert. Good to see Holm, Green, Wright, and Kaline statt to get it all going.
