Thoughts and pictures of my local minor league baseball team the New York Penn League Connecticut Tigers; a Detriot farm team. We'll still be looking at former Navigators/Defenders players along the way....

Tigers lose a tough one 3-2 tonight at Dodd...

to the ValleyCays, allowing three unearned runs to undo a nice pitching outing by Wilsen Palacios. Good crowd on hand as well; nearly 3000 in all. The loss drops the Tiger to a game under .500 to 16-17.

Misc fan notes: Couldn't make the game as I had to be Grandpa tonight...but hey what can I say. Hopefully I'll make Dodd next Saturday as I'm missing the next series as well because of work....

The minutae one can find sitting around unable to do a Damn thing.

Brett Pill is having a Helluva year in Fresno. In 97 games, has a .319 BA, 19 HR's, & a 904 OPS.

TI looks like he's playing out the string in the OF for Fresno.

Brandon Crawford with a .200 BA, a part time SS in SF. Is there none better in the ORG or via trade?

Bumgarner turning an awful start to the season completely around.

Lastly, Pablo probably the best Giant hitter these days.

Now back to thoughts about how to make my Phys Therapist' s life miserable.
