Wild one with Tri-City as Tigers win 15-9..

in 13 innings on the road against the ValleyCats. The game was tied after 9 innings 7-7. The Tigers scored two runs in the 12th on Jeff Holm's two run homer, his third of the season but the home team tied it up at 9-9 in the bottom half of the innings. The Tigers exploded for 6 runs in the 13th with four runs on Jason King's grand slam. The homer was King's fifth of the season.
Dean Green( 3 for 7) added a homer and Zach Maggard went 4 for 7 with three RBIs.
Nick Avila picked up his first win of the season in relief.

Misc fan notes: I'll be at Dodd Friday night and Jason King is becoming a force...

Watch out for this upcoming homestand. I'm expecting some pretty nice crowds.

Quite a few recent roster moves. Ryan Wholley was sent back to CT. Mercedes to WM.
Casali to WM, Pitcher Scott Green to CT along with Tyler Collins.

And Julio Rodriguez + Antonio Cruz were traded to KC for Wilson Betimet.
