Tigers fall short on the last day of the season...

to make the playoffs, like last year, losing to Lowell in 16 innings 6-5. Vermont won their game and make the playoffs based on a head to head tie breaker against the Tigers...OCH....

Truly heartbreaking, especially when the field ump called Suarez out in the 11th for being hit by the baseball when it clearly seemed that he was past the baseball then Jose Garcia SS bobbled it. We had plenty of other chances though so I guess I can't completely blame the umps.
